1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of Therapiq, the therapist-facing workspace in the Therapiq ecosystem.
The platform provides software tools for account access, profile management, availability configuration, session-request workflows, and related communications.
2. Platform Role
Therapiq is a technology service.
It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, supervision, legal advice, or emergency services.
Therapy and clinical decisions are made independently by therapists.
3. Eligibility and Account Use
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old,
- you are legally able to enter binding agreements,
- the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for account security, including protecting login access.
4. Professional Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your professional practice, including:
- licensing and regulatory compliance,
- informed consent and required record-keeping,
- clinical assessment and referral decisions,
- billing, insurance, tax, and contractual obligations.
Use of Therapiq does not transfer these obligations to Therapiq.
5. Client Information and Verification
Client-submitted or profile-related information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
You are responsible for your own intake, verification, and professional due diligence where required.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the platform unlawfully,
- interfere with service operation or security,
- attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts,
- upload or transmit malicious code.
We may suspend or restrict access in case of misuse, security risk, or legal necessity.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Certain features may depend on third-party services (for example, email delivery or calendar providers).
Availability and behavior of such services are outside Therapiq's direct control.
8. Beta and Service Changes
Parts of the platform may be in active development.
Features may change, be limited, or be removed. Temporary interruptions, errors, or compatibility issues may occur.
9. Data and Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Notice.
Where sensitive information is processed, you are responsible for using features in line with applicable legal and professional standards.
10. Warranties and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therapiq is provided "as is" and "as available".
Therapiq does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, or client volume.
To the extent permitted by law, Therapiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory protections under applicable law.
13. Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
